This “Terms & Conditions" Agreement for www.relaxinnhassan.com, is in effect as of Sept 8, 2021.
Reservation Policy
Your reservation will be confirmed only after 50% advance payment on the room tariff . You may make advance payment using the following modes

Cash/Debit Card/ Credit Card/NEFT payment to our official bank account.

Pets are not allowed.

The confirmed booking is transferable.
Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is done 14 or more days prior to arrival, then 10% of the tariff will be charged.

If cancellation is done between 5-14 days of arrival, then 50% of the tariff will be charged.
-
If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then full amount will be charged.
Refund Policy
-
Refund for a confirmed booking will only be considered, if intimation in writing reaches the company 10 days prior to the check-in date.

Refund is subject to the cancellation charges and the bookings made within 7 days are non- refundable.

Refund is paid through Cheque or NEFT in the name of the person who made the booking and payment.

Refund process takes 15 days.
Rescheduling Policy

Guests have the option of rescheduling their booking to any date 3 months from the booking date and the same is subject to availability provided the intimation in writing reaches the company 10 days prior to the check-in date.

If the reschedule date falls in a peak season, then the difference between the original tariff will have to be paid by the guest.

The tariffs are based on seasonality.
Responsible Use and Conduct

Certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to access the premises of the Homestay. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our homestay premises, is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you.

It is illegal to threaten, defame, abuse, harass, degrade, intimidate or use explicit language;

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this Terms and conditions.

No playing loud music after 9:30 pm.

Any misconduct during your stay which breaches the terms and conditions of the Homestay will be reported to the police.

Stay inn hassan will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources.
RESORT POLICIES

Check-in: 2:00 PM & Check out: 11:00 AM (early check in & late check out subject to availability)

If you arrived early, and your room is not ready, you are welcome to use the facilities while you wait for it to become available

Outside Liquors are not allowed (Liquors are sold on MRP rates at our BAR)

Our packages are inclusive of buffet Hi-tea, Dinner & Breakfast served at our restaurant. This meal cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services

This package starts from evening Hi-tea the day after check in and ends with breakfast on the day of check out

Booking confirmations are subject to availability

Booking confirmation against 50% advance payment, balance while check in.

In case of any reduction in actual number of persons from guaranteed number, the guaranteed number of persons will be charged for.

In case of increase in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the actual number will be charged for

In case of cancellation or non-arrival, the resort reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay

Non-utilization of any facilities in the package does not entitle guests to a refund

We accept payments through cash, VISA and MasterCard credit cards and all debit cards (Please Note: We accept only Indian credit and debit cards)
